Financial Aid Portal

Welcome to Saint Martin's University Financial Aid Portal! This portal allows you to:

-  Check the status of your financial aid

-  Track documents

-  View your financial aid awards

-  View the anticipated disbursement dates for your financial aid funds

-  Receive important announcements

You must have a financial aid record already established at SMU for the current academic year in order to access the Financial Aid Portal.

Log-In Instructions

Are you new to this site?  To sign in please:

1.  Click the "Create an Account" link, in the log-in box

2.  Enter your student ID (9 Digit Number)

3.  Answer the identity verification questions

4.  Update your security questions and create a password

5.  Log into your account using your Student ID & password

If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA).  Enter our school code 003794 on your application and we will automatically receive a copy.  Once we receive your information you can then start using the Financial Aid Portal.  

Are you returning to this site? Welcome back! To log in, simply put in your Student ID and the password you previously created.

Did you forget your password? If you are returning to the site, but have forgotten the password you created when activating your account, please click on the “Forgot your PIN?” link in the login box.
